Exactly where is photograph taken & can anyone be identified? Do these buildings still exist?

The Internet reveals that The Royal Review took place on 18th September 1905. By width of the road, it would appear to be one the main routes into or near Edinburgh. Also, Arthur's Seat can be seen in background.
