Where exactly is this, when was photograph taken and who was the photographer?

Label on back gives TREIB, Lake Lucerne. Internet research shows this is a very small lake side resort. The building goes by the name of "Wirtzhaus (Inn) zur Treib", and sits by the shore of Lake Lucerene. See 107 / Bu 042. Probably taken by same person possibly on same holiday.
